How we work

How we get started

No mystery, no drawn-out intake. You know what happens at each stage and who is responsible for it.

  1. 1

    Walk through together

We go through your home and agree which tasks matter most and how you want them done.

  2. 2

    A regular routine

Support is scheduled consistently, with workers who learn your preferences.

  3. 3

    Skill building

Where it is one of your goals, we work alongside you rather than simply doing tasks for you.

  4. 4

    Review

We adjust the routine as your needs, home or health change.
