How we work

How we get started

No mystery, no drawn-out intake. You know what happens at each stage and who is responsible for it.

  1. 1

    Goal setting

We start from the goals in your plan and turn them into concrete, achievable steps.

  2. 2

    Practising together

We do the skill with you in a real setting, then gradually step back as you take it on.

  3. 3

    Tracking progress

We record progress in a way that is useful at your plan review, not just paperwork.

  4. 4

    Next goal

As skills land, we move on to the next thing you want to be able to do.
